The Gananda CSD is seeking a 1.0 FTE probationary Science Teacher (Grades 7–12) for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must hold a valid NYS teaching certification in a secondary science area, including Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Physics, or a related science field. Candidates holding multiple science certifications or additional certifications, including Special Education, will be given preference.
Salary will be based on experience per the Gananda Teachers' Association Contract. The starting rate will be $46,300 - $63,500 based on experience and education. Benefits include health insurance, health reimbursement account, membership in the NYS Teachers' Retirement System, and paid sick and personal time.
